Responsibilities
- Support teams in creating strategies to enhance production line capabilities.
- Lead the creation of standard operating procedures and training in Lean Six Sigma
- Lead automation and data strategies, develop dashboards, and implement paperless processes with IT
- Scope and lead projects to reduce production costs and waste, and report on progress
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts using data-driven approaches.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience leading cross functional teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with change management strategies and processes
- Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma tools to get results. Green or Black Belt preferred.
- Experience applying TPM in a manufacturing environment
Salary: $110K - $160K
