Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Continuous Improvement
- Lean Manufacturing
- Previous experience in implementing Lean Management, Production Management and Quality System Management.
- Strong working knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Continuous Improvement
- Production improvement processes.
- Analyzing company processes and procedures.
- Ensuring efficiency.
- Analyzing current processes to identify areas of inefficiency or waste.
- Creating and executing improvement strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Previous work experience in manufacturing operations, outsourcing, and financial management.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Review the targeted area workflow process and lead the root cause analysis with team.
- Applying tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen to drive process improvements.
- Maintaining reports of continuous improvement activities and presenting progress to senior management.
- Identify gaps based upon route cause analysis and present findings to leadership.
- Recommend optimized workflow and cell designs to improve cost, efficiency, and safely.
- Must promote and maintain excellent customer service skills.
- Lead and coach team to solve problems.
- Leadership, mentoring and change management skills.
