The Engineering Director - Polymers will lead the design, development, and production of advanced polymer and composite products. Key Responsibilities :
- The Engineering Director will lead complex polymer and composite projects from concept to delivery.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on polymer production processes and industry best practices.
- Develop project proposals, schedules, budgets, and ensure milestone delivery.
- The Engineering Director will manage Integrated Product Teams (IPT) across engineering, program management, quality, logistics, and production.
- Lead engineering teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Oversee product and technical ownership, driving continuous improvement in design and production.
- The Engineering Director will deliver technical reports, presentations, and proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
