The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who can lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians across four shifts (24/7 operations). The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and proven leadership skills.
Key Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A technical degree or certification (e.g., Maintenance Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position within a manufacturing or production setting.
- In-depth knowledge of machinery and equipment used in manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with the capacity to work efficiently under pressure to resolve both mechanical and electrical issues.
