Responsibilities:
- Maintains all safety and accident records
- Support audit contractor and EHS policies and standards
- Develop and implement Safety programs
- Comply with environmental management system for manufacturing facility
- Generate and maintain documentation related to EHS initiatives
- Implement, and maintain all corporate Safety and Health Programs
- Provide training support to the organization and ensure that all required monthly training is completed as scheduled
- Conduct documented periodic safety and health audits and track findings to ensure closure
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management
- Follow and implement OSHA regulations
- Food manufacturing experience
- Strong working knowledge of EH&S regulations, compliance requirements
- Continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of EHS/OSHA/EPA regulations and standards.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations pertaining to EH&S
- Certification in EHS programs and practices
- Expert knowledge of safety system analysis
