Responsibilities
- Analyze the market to identify opportunities and develop novel wet wipe solutions, product ideas, and concepts
- To stay ahead of customer preferences and maintain a competitive edge, incorporate cutting-edge technologies and current market trends into product design
- Create impactful customer presentations highlighting product features, benefits, and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with Project and Commercial teams to provide comprehensive technical assistance for global projects.
- Identify opportunities, enhance manufacturing efficiency, and optimize costs by collaborating with strategic suppliers.
- Manage accurate and up-to-date specifications for ingredients and formulations. Address customer inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Natural Science, Engineering (General), Chemical Engineering.
- 4 years’ experience in product development required, quality systems and formulation development knowledge a plus.
- Experience in wet wipes development is a strong plus.
- Must have the ability to independently manage multiple projects
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
