Job Responsibilities / Requirements :
Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Quality or Industrial Engineering
Manufacturing Environment
Certified Safety Professional
Develop safety programs and procedures.
Follow and implement OSHA regulations.
Expert knowledge of safety system analysis.
Support audit contractor and EHS policies and standards.
Interface with state and federal agencies such as State Environmental agencies, DOT, EPA and OSHA.
Research, analyze, design, implement and enforce facility’s safety program, policies and procedures.
In-depth understanding of technical documentation.
Develop and implement Safety programs.
Participate in accident and injury investigation.
Comply with environmental management system for manufacturing facility.
Conduct research for the purpose of identifying, abating, or eliminating sources of pollutants or environmental hazards.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
