Responsibilities
- Oversee project management for new tooling and products from inception to production
- Facilitate customer meetings to review project status and mold designs
- Prepare and manage documentation for quote packages and new inquiries
- Collaborate with QA to manage qualification projects and ensure quality standards
- Communicate effectively with all departments and assist in selecting and implementing new equipment and facility improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Hands-on experience and expertise in the field of molding and process engineering, specifically related to precision injection molded parts
- Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes specifically used in the production of medical devices a plus.
- Proficient in using SolidWorks
- 5 years of experience in project management
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Salary: $90K-$125K
