RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Must analyze customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
· Must utilize sales skills to upsell products or services that meet customer needs.
· Must respond to sales professionals and customer inquiries through phone, email, or in-person interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
· Must enter customer data into our database accurately and efficiently.
· Must learn and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
· Must identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or GED
· 2 years of experience as Data Entry Operator
· NetSuite experience is mandatory
· Must have excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
· Must have sales experience and the ability to upsell products or services.
· Must have strong phone etiquette and the ability to provide clear, concise communication to customers.
