What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Ajulia Executive Search?
Must be able to perform the operation and set-up of Liquid Filling machines and Banding Sealing machine in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs).Must be able to cGMP regulations to ensure products meet applicable quality standards
.Must be able to set-up, operation, cleaning, and light mechanical adjustments.
The operator will be accountable for overall production line performance including safety, quality, and line efficiency.
The Operators must be capable of operating multiple like machines at one time and learning to operate a variety of equipment within the manufacturing area.
Must be able to perform basic and routine maintenance activities.Must be able to make necessary machine adjustments to ensure the smooth operation of the lines for required quality and quantity.
Must be able to monitor Disassembles, cleans/ sanitizes, and reassembles all required equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED
2 year experience as liquid encapsulation operator in pharmaceutical sector.
Must be able to understand and is knowledgeable of cGMP, OSHA standards etc
Salary : $21 - $25
