What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Inventory Manager position at Ajulia Executive Search?
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the MRO team, focusing on inventory management to ensure the availability and accuracy of spare parts
- Optimize maintenance processes related to inventory to support equipment reliability and performance improvements
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and oversee the ordering of requested parts to meet the Maintenance team’s needs
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to track component costs and support improvement initiatives
- Assist in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities for equipment and facility operations
Qualifications
- B.S. or B. A. in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- At-least 5 years of experience working in Inventory Management in a food manufacturing or similar industry.
- Capability to inspire and effectively lead a team of hourly employees.
- Proficient in inventory control practices and skilled in using computer systems, including spreadsheets, word processing, CMMS, inventory tools, and data analysis, with preferred experience in NetSuite or Oracle-based ERP systems
Salary: $70K - $80K
