Job Requirements and Duties:
- High School diploma
- Pharmaceutics/Cosmetics Industry Experience
- 2 plus years of manufacturing industry experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills
- Previous work experience in installing, maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and HVAC systems
- Proven experience as maintenance technician
- Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on various equipment and systems
- Respond to maintenance requests from internal stakeholders and provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to all department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect, reassuring the quality and quantity of product produced
- Identify and address potential safety hazards in the facility
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Ensure all machinery is up to working standards
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Design all preventive maintenance programs
- Resolve all maintenance issues
- Extensive knowledge in a variety of mechanical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to supervise a team if required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
