Responsibilities
- Oversee manufacturing operations, including scheduling, prioritization, and resource allocation to meet production targets
- Utilize ERP systems for data analysis and informed decision-making
- Review engineering documents to ensure efficient material procurement and fabrication
- Develop and maintain safety programs, fostering a culture of workplace safety
- Mentor and coach direct reports, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing, including 5-7 years in a supervisory or management position.
- Proven experience in custom product manufacturing, with a strong track record of managing long-duration projects from inception to completion
- Experience in machining, fabrication, or heavy equipment assembly is advantageous
- Experience in scheduling and planning within a custom manufacturing setting
- Skilled in utilizing ERP systems to make informed, data-driven decisions
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
