Responsibilities
- Promotes and ensures world-class safety execution on the production floor.
- Support and develop floor leaders and personnel to achieve targeted performance levels.
- Leads and controls daily activities to meet financial and operational goals.
- Reviews and analyses reports to identify issues and develop mitigations, ensuring sustained improvement in KPIs
- Monitors production processes, adjusts schedules, and ensures efficient production with the correct quantities, quality, and cost
Qualifications
- Six Sigma Certification
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- MUST have an Engineering Degree (MBA a plus)
- Plant or production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with SAP
- Experience in leading and enhancing a diverse range of functions, including operations and production, engineering, maintenance and reliability, and quality assurance
Salary: $100K - $130K
