Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machines, such as liquid fill stations, heat sealers, and automatic cappers.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure product quality and detect any potential issues.
• Manage raw materials inventory and load materials into machines to maintain continuous production.
• Clean and sanitize machines and the workspace at the end of each shift, performing routine maintenance as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork and documentation related to production results and machine operations.
• Review, process, and follow production orders to meet output goals.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure machinery is operated according to safety standards.
Essential Skills:
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing production schedules and priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
