ISO CNC and precision assembly environment
Experience with quality assurance process expertise to include QMS, quality control, documentation, audit, customer complaints, testing, validation, etc.
5 years of Supplier Quality including site audits, continuous improvement, APQP, and lean problem-solving principles.
ERP systems and implementation
GD&T
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Job Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
ISO CNC and precision assembly environment.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Experience performing internal audits and audit reporting.
5 years of Supplier Quality including site audits, continuous improvement, APQP and lean problem-solving principles.
Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
ERP systems and implementation.
Continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Lean Manufacturing
GD&T
Strong working knowledge of value driven supplier KPI and scorecard development and implementation.
Ensure the overall quality of manufactured products
Implementing action plans, and providing resources.
Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Implement quality control measures to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
Perform quality inspections on products to identify defects and areas for improvement.
Manage quality assurance activities to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction.
Working with internal teams to improve the quality of products for enhancing customer satisfaction.
Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
Document all technical procedures and user guides.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
