Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and maintain SOPs for various accreditation organizations (AIHA, VLAP)
- Enforce safety standards and apply quality management practices to ensure accurate and efficient testing services.
- Perform chemical analyses, operate and maintain lab equipment (GC / MS, ICP / MS, FLAA), and ensure compliance with lab protocols.
- Train Laboratory Assistants, ensure data accuracy, and draft technical reports.
