Requirements
- Perform laboratory tests accurately and efficiently
- Conduct daily maintenance and quality control on equipment and reagents
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with instruments, reagents, and test results
- Record and report test results accurately and promptly
- Address client inquiries professionally and assist in training new employees
