RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to customer needs, ensuring our organization demonstrates excellent responsiveness.
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency through effective organization, follow-up, and execution.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth.
- Oversee product line reviews, manage existing product offerings, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Partner closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Sourcing, Customer Service, Accounting, and Logistics to drive success.
- Continuously assess sales performance to ensure alignment with established goals and targets.
- Organize and participate in regular store visits to support team development and ensure sales strategies are effectively implemented.
- Analyze sales performance data and create detailed margin analyses for both new and existing business opportunities.
Salary Range: $120K per year
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience managing National Accounts with a proven record of driving business growth, or substantial experience in a regional sales role with in-depth sales training.
- College degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Solid financial acumen and understanding of budget management.
- General knowledge of fashion and design, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, systematic approach to decision-making.
- Creative, innovative thinkers with the foresight to act strategically.
Willingness to travel globally, with required monthly travel to customers and factories.
