RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrates expertise in utilizing data input systems and various computer applications, including databases, ERP systems, transportation portals, browsers, and phone systems.
- Contributes to a positive work environment by communicating effectively and taking actions that support the success of business operations, ensuring both company and customer requirements are met.
- Cultivates strong relationships with key account buyers, customer claims managers, logistics teams, internal departments, and sales teams.
- Process and release new customer orders in a timely manner.
- Communicate promptly about inventory shortages, delayed shipments, and extended lead times.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure production alignment for on-time deliveries.
- Track orders and shipments daily, ensuring smooth delivery flow to customers.
- Monitor and track late pickups, invoices, and deliveries, providing feedback to customers and internal departments.
- Manage order flow through the SAP inventory system and customer portals.
Salary Range: $70K per year
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (S4 preferred).
- Prior experience in customer service or sales, with direct written and verbal communication responsibilities.
- Experience in the flooring, construction, or interiors industry is a plus.
Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data effectively.
Willingness to travel globally, with required monthly travel to customers and factories.
Salary : $70,000
