Responsibilities
- Uphold top safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations and promptly addressing unsafe conditions
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost reductions while meeting production targets safely
- Coach, train, and support team members to enhance performance and foster open communication for process input
- Ensure timely execution of corporate and operational initiatives, assisting in troubleshooting equipment as needed
- Monitor production goals and collaborate with other departments to achieve operational objectives
Qualifications
- High School Diploma a plus.
- Strong understanding of production processes and machinery used in glued laminated timber (glulam)
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in an industrial environment
