Responsibilities
- Lead and execute projects to improve processes and operational excellence in asphalt production.
- Oversee high-level projects and foster innovation across multiple facilities.
- Utilize extensive chemical engineering experience
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Oversee technical documentation, engineering information, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Work with other departments, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to align initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
