Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multidisciplinary design projects, ensuring high-quality and effective project execution
- Manage both internal and external relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and influential partner
- Demonstrate broad knowledge and experience in various institutional facilities and building systems, including HVAC, centralized systems, utility distribution, healthcare, and laboratories
- Proactively establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and team members, leveraging these connections for future project opportunities
- Embrace continuous learning and improvement, contributing positively to the culture and work environment, with opportunities for leadership advancement
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Mechanical Engineering, or eligibility to acquire it within 12 months
- Demonstrate broad knowledge and experience in various institutional facilities and building systems, including HVAC, centralized systems, utility distribution, healthcare, and laboratories
- Demonstrated expertise in managing mechanical engineering projects, with a strong focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design
- Extensive expertise in diverse mechanical building systems and various types of buildings
