Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design and manage electrical projects in a fast-paced environment. You will work on a variety of projects, handling everything from low to medium voltage systems, customer interactions, and site investigations. Occasional local and state travel is required for field assessments and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Senior Electrical Power Engineer will lead full project design (power, lighting, fire alarm systems)
• Select equipment, create layouts, and write specifications
• Conduct field surveys and job cost estimating
• The Senior Electrical Power Engineer will collaborate with consultants and manage contracts
• Build and maintain client relationships

Qualifications:

• The Senior Electrical Power Engineer must hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical or architectural engineering
• Must hold a P.E. license
• Must have 5 years of experience designing electrical systems (low and medium voltage)
• The Senior Electrical Power Engineer must have familiarity with NEC, NFPA 72, and related standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Easy Power, SKM, and MS Office
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multi-discipline projects
• The Senior Electrical Power Engineer must be able to perform field investigations, including climbing ladders and carrying out equipment
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record

Preferred:

• BICSI RCDD certification
• Medium voltage experience (>601V)
