### Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.
### Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial and commercial cleaning tasks, including but not limited to:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Dusting surfaces and furniture
- Emptying trash and recycling bins
- Cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies
- Cleaning windows and glass surfaces
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals in a safe manner
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
### Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
