POSITION TITLE: Assistant Engineer
Qualifications
- Minimum BSc in Civil Engineering (Required)
- Familiarity with AUTOCAD (Required)
- Deliver accurate and thorough civil/structural designs to meet industry standards and specifications.
- Work within a multi-discipline team to develop, review and coordinate construction packages.
- Local travel to client sites as needed.
- Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions
- Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges
- High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way
- Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence
Desired Qualifications:
- MSc in Structural Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering or Pavement Engineering
- Sound knowledge in Structural Engineering, earth retaining structures, anchoring and scaffolding of residential and commercial building
- Proficiency in Finite Element Software, for example, STADDPro (for Structure) and Plaxis (for Geotechnical) and PaveXpress (Pavement)
