We are currently hiring Community Outreach Representatives to join our office. Our client is an exclusive internet provider in the San Gabriel area, and has given us exclusive rights to represent them in the local area. To meet the requirements of our newest contract, we are expanding our community and customer outreach team immediately. The main objective of the Community Outreach Representative is to qualify and enroll potential customers and assist them through the process. Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Representative : Engage prospective and current customers in the local community, educate them about our clients services and any promotional discounts available to them, and assist them through the enrollment and installation process Answer customer questions and provide solutions tailored to their needs Travel throughout assigned territory to meet with potential customers Collaborate with fellow team members to learn best practices and develop streamlined outreach and marketing methods Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire process, as well as continuing to offer support even after enrolled in the program Actively contribute to a positive, engaging work environment by collaborating and maintaining professional, friendly relationships across all teams and departments Qualifications for Community Outreach Representative position : High school diploma or equivalent Some prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, restaurants or similar environment preferred but not required A natural people person Professional, reliable, and genuine demeanor with a proven track record of building effective relationships with community members, co-workers, and clients Entrepreneurial-minded with a high level of motivation and desire for growth Highly attentive, excellent listener, and exceptional organizational and time management skills #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
