Our Sales Assistant will assist as the point of contact for our telecommunications customer accounts- initiating, maintaining, and sustaining relationships with each to bolster ROI and sales revenue.
Internally, we focus on the growth and development of ourSales Assistants. Given the growth we have seen over the last few months, we are seeking someone who can start with us at the entry level but is invested in the long-term benefits of organic growth with a company. Sales Assistant Responsibilities :
- Execute sales and engagement strategy, connect with potential customer accounts in person, and educate them on their product inquiry and the added benefits of telecommunications services
- Be a product expert to provide consistent and straightforward customer service and sales assistance
- Negotiate telecommunications inquiries with precision, in-person while assisting with any additional customer objections
- Develop an understanding of the local market region to generate more relevant marketing and sales strategies for client products
- Work with the sales team and other Sales Assistants to determine how client qualifications and protocols can be adequately conveyed to the local community
- Eagerly assist in additional professional tasks and enthusiastically accept challenges
