Position Overview
- Engage with Customers: Get to know your customers maintaining friendliness, resolving issues with class and creating a welcoming environment.
- Running Smoothly: Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-stocked while making sure security protocols are followed including restrooms and outdoor areas as needed.
- Food Service: Safely operate, clean, and maintain food service items so that products are fresh and meet quality standards.
- Compliance: Manage and complete reports to maintain first in first out for restocking and inventory.
- Know the Products: Stay informed about products and promotion to give helpful options to customers.
- Team Success: Assist with training new team members, complete paperwork, and take on tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Skills: Strong communication, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, cash handling experience preferred.
- Flexibility: Ability to fill in with various shifts if needed.
- Experience: 2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role
