Starting January 1, 2025, as part of our team:
$100 90-day sign on bonus, after a full 90 days of employment
$500 sign-on bonus after 6 months of employment,
$500 retention bonus, paid after 1 year
$1,500 every quarter in bonuses
Position Overview

As a Manager in Training (MIT), you’ll develop the skills to run daily store operations, lead a team, and create outstanding customer experiences. This role provides hands-on training and mentorship from seasoned Store Managers and Retail Area Managers, setting you up for success as a future Store Manager.
You’ll learn how to:

What You Bring to the Team
- At least 2 years of leadership experience (e.g., Senior Team Lead or Assistant Manager).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with your team and customers.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; must be 19 years or older.
Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do
As a Manager in Training, you’ll play a vital role in our stores. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Lead Daily Operations: Help oversee store activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and follows company policies.
- Train & Motivate: Supervise team members and provide training to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain the Store: Keep the environment clean, organized, and safe for both customers and employees.
- Handle Key Processes: Manage inventory, work with vendors, and oversee cash handling procedures.
- Staffing Support: Assist with hiring, scheduling, and ensuring staffing needs are met.
- Stay Compliant: Follow state and federal labor laws, coordinating with HR when needed.
