Position Overview
As a Store Manager at Rebel Convenience Stores, you’ll oversee daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for both customers and team members. You’ll be the driving force behind a positive store culture, upholding company values, and delivering top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all store operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment.
- Oversee hiring, scheduling, and training of employees while adhering to labor laws and company policies.
- Drive store profitability by analyzing sales, managing inventory, and implementing marketing initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
- Handle cash management, deposits, and daily financial reporting accurately.
- 5 years of experience as a retail supervisor or assistant manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in basic math and computer operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
- Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
