As a Store Manager for Rebel Stores you will bring your leadership, retail know-how, and love of helping people to a team that values your growth and success!
Starting January 1, 2025, as part of our team:
$100 -bonus after full 90-days,
$500 -sign on bonus after 6 months of employment,
$500 -retention bonus, paid at 1 year
$1,500 -every quarter in performance bonuses
Store Manager Overview
As a Store Manager at Rebel Convenience Stores, you’ll lead day-to-day operations of your store, supporting your customers and your team. You’ll be the driving force behind a positive store culture, upholding company values, and delivering consistent service for everyone who comes into our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of all store operations, ensuring the space is clean organized, and customer- focused.
- Hire, schedule and train employees, while maintaining labor laws and company policies.
- Push store profits by analyzing sales, managing inventory, and making sure the right marketing is applied to your store.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues with class and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
- Handle cash management, deposits, and daily financial reporting accurately.

Job Title: Store Manager
FLSA Classification: Exempt (Salary)
Department: Operations
Reports To: Regional Area Manager
- Experience: 3-5 years as a supervisor or assistant manager
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organization
- Math: Must be comfortable with basic math and computer operations
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility: Must be able to work shifts as needed.

- 5 years of experience as a retail supervisor or assistant manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in basic math and computer operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
- Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of valid proof of automobile insurance.
- Must be flexible to travel to nearby stores for support as needed.
