We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our Client Services team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing the strategic execution of digital campaigns, acting as the primary client liaison across all digital touchpoints, including media, social, analytics, and digital creative. The Digital Account Manager will report directly to an Account Director and will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless digital integration across campaigns. This is a full-time position based in New York City.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Client Relationship Management:Serve as the key day-to-day client contact for digital initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables across digital media, social, and creative projects.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Work with internal teams to develop and implement digital strategies that align with client goals, leveraging performance insights to optimize campaign impact.
- Media & Analytics Oversight: Partner with media and analytics teams to manage digital media planning and performance tracking, translating data insights into actionable client recommendations.
- Social Media & Content Coordination:Collaborate with the social team to ensure a seamless connection between paid and organic social efforts, helping to drive engagement and community growth.
- Creative Briefing & Project Management: Act as a bridge between the client and creative teams, ensuring digital creative assets align with campaign objectives and are delivered on time.
- Performance Reporting & Insights:Own the reporting process for digital campaigns, distilling key takeaways into client-ready presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Budget & Timeline Management:Ensure that digital campaign budgets are adhered to and that all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Internal & External Stakeholder Coordination: Manage relationships with key external partners, including media vendors, social platforms, and data providers, to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations, proactively identifying new opportunities to enhance client campaigns and drive results.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, media, or account management, ideally within entertainment or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of digital media, paid social, performance marketing, and analytics, with experience managing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate analytics into strategic recommendations for clients.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with a track record of delivering best-in-class service.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, and strategy teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel) and familiarity with digital reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Competitive salary ($60,000 - $84,999, commensurate with experience).
