Essential Job Functions
As a Capital Raising Executive, you will be responsible for leading investor relations and securing significant financial commitments to support the firm’s alternative investment strategies. This role is critical to scaling the business and involves building and managing relationships with accredited investors, generating new leads, and driving capital-raising efforts. Over time, you will take full ownership of the firm’s capital-raising pipeline and investor engagement strategies, ensuring a steady flow of investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with accredited investors, institutional clients, and family offices, becoming their trusted point of contact.
- Expand the investor pipeline through outreach, referrals, and attendance at industry events.
- Deliver tailored presentations to prospective investors, aligning opportunities with their financial goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine capital-raising strategies and ensure seamless investor experiences.
- Represent the firm at high-profile conferences, dinners, and meetings to secure commitments and grow the network.
- Track and analyze investor feedback to improve engagement strategies and refine outreach efforts.
- Prepare investment materials, marketing collateral, and regular updates for investors to ensure clarity and transparency.
- Meet or exceed annual fundraising targets, focusing on driving substantial committed capital within the first year.
Position Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, or a related role, with a proven ability to secure significant financial commitments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with expertise in managing and growing investor relationships.
