Essential Job Functions
As the Director of Marketing with our client, you will be relied upon for overseeing and optimizing all marketing efforts to significantly increase lead flow and support company growth. You will be responsible for developing and managing campaigns across key marketing channels including direct mail, Pay-Per-Lead, SEO, PPC, and vendor management. You will collaborate closely with the COO and CEO to implement new ideas and streamline marketing operations that are currently owner-led.

Position Responsibilities
- Lead the transition of marketing responsibilities from the COO and eventually build a high-performing internal marketing team.
- Oversee and optimize all marketing channels including pay-per-lead (PPL) providers, direct mail, and various other digital and non-digital advertising platforms.
- Coordinate with and hold third-party vendors (e.g., PPC, SEO consultants) accountable through regular performance reviews and data-driven feedback.
- Execute on strategic marketing ideas developed in collaboration with the COO, CEO, and peer masterminds (e.g., Collective Genius).
- Track and analyze campaign results using internal CRM, and adjust strategies to drive improvements in lead volume and quality.
- Work with VA support to manage lists, skip tracing, and campaign logistics.
- Develop and maintain consistent branding, messaging, and reputation management across online and local channels.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the position responsibilities.
Position Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within performance-focused organizations.
- Proven success managing marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation, including experience with direct mail, PPL, SEO, PPC, and vendor oversight.
- High comfort level analyzing marketing data and making adjustments to improve campaign performance.
- Creative and execution-oriented—someone who can turn ideas into results and take ownership of outcomes.
- Experience with CRM systems and willingness to work with internal automation and tracking systems.
- Ability to work in-person at the Centerville, UT office—collaboration and integration with the team are key.
