Essential Job Functions
As a Homebuilder Sales Consultant with our client, you will be relied upon for taking incoming leads and foot traffic, with the goal of converting them into sales. You will work closely with realtors, brokers, new home guide associates, and office administrators to ensure a warm hand off and to provide top-notch experiences to their customers. From there you will lead the customer’s journey with the goal of a successful sale of their new real estate property.

Position Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective homebuyers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they are registered and feel comfortable as they begin their home search journey. Maintain ongoing communication with prospects to ensure they feel supported throughout their decision-making process.
- Deliver detailed, personalized presentations to each visitor, guiding them through home features and community amenities in a way that resonates with their needs. This includes listening attentively to their preferences and tailoring the presentation accordingly.
- Support potential buyers in every aspect of their home search by providing in-depth information on available properties. Offer insights into design options, pricing, and potential upgrades, allowing buyers to make fully informed decisions.
- Oversee the creation and management of legally binding agreements between buyers and the company. Ensure all documents are accurate, comprehensive, and compliant with relevant regulations, while also clarifying any concerns buyers may have regarding the terms of the sale.
- Manage the daily setup of the sales center, ensuring the environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing. This includes managing display materials, maintaining technology used for presentations, and ensuring marketing collateral is readily available for prospects.
- Organize and lead presentations specifically for local real estate brokers and agents, highlighting the unique selling points of the available properties and encouraging collaboration. Build strong, ongoing partnerships with brokers to expand the reach of potential buyers.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with homebuyers, not just through the initial sales process but long after the purchase. This encourages referrals and positive word-of-mouth, which is essential for driving ongoing traffic and sustaining long-term business growth.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, providing input on local market trends, buyer feedback, and emerging needs. This helps ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with current sales goals and effectively attract the right audience to the community.
Position Qualifications
- A valid real estate license is required for handling contracts and transactions under legal regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in new home sales or a related field, with a proven ability to manage multiple clients, complete transactions, and consistently meet sales goals.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on addressing client concerns, building rapport, and offering tailored solutions to meet individual buyer needs.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding creative solutions to challenges that arise during the homebuying process.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including guiding clients through the sales process and mentoring peers when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for creating documents, managing data, and communicating with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the job, from preparing contracts to managing the sales environment and client communications.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented, with a passion for creating an exceptional homebuying experience for clients.
