AKA Tree Service is a quality-oriented organization, specializing in Tree Removal, Emergency Storm Service and Tree Trimming for the greater Atlanta area.
A Groundsperson will assist tree crews by working on the ground and handing tools and heavy materials to crew members. The ability to climb, stand, walk, kneel, and stoop. The ability to transport heavy items. Excellent balance and depth perception. Superb communication skills. Ground hands must be able to follow instructions and have good communication skills. They must be able to climb ladders and be able to perform strenuous physical labor under all types of conditions. A good ground hand understands how to work areas clean and organized; always ensures job site cleanliness.
AKA is looking to hire skilled and safety-conscious Tree Groundsperson to join our team. The Tree Groundsperson will be responsible for assisting the tree climbers in the removal of trees, trimming of branches, and general maintenance of trees and shrubs. The ideal candidate will have experience in tree care and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities :
- Assist tree climbers in the removal of trees and trimming of branches
- Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders
- Perform general maintenance of trees and shrubs, including pruning and fertilizing
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
