AKA University is hiring for a Room Attendant/Housekeeping

We’re looking for someone with
- 2-4 years prior Housekeeping experience with a luxury hospitality organization.
- Demonstrated professional, friendly, warm, and welcoming demeanor to all guests and colleagues.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Change bed linen and make beds
- Replace used towels
- Sweep and mop floors
- Vacuum carpets
- Dust furniture
- Clean kitchen and kitchen appliances
- Clean bathrooms
- Clean dryer/washer
- Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
- Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Address residents’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
- Help residents retrieve lost items
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
- Follow security guidelines
