Overview
Schedule : Sign-up schedule. Can average between 5 to 13 shifts each month.
Position Type : Personal Service Contract - Independent Contractor (1099)
Pay : $193 / hr base, Differential Pay : $198 / hr for nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Consult with consultants appropriately.
- Provide medical advice over the telephone.
- Complete all required paperwork.
- Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries.
- Perform medical procedures.
- Obtain an adequate history, physical assessment, and plan in a timely and appropriate manner on each patient and develop a treatment plan.
- Utilize paraprofessional staff as appropriate.
- Respond to cardiopulmonary arrest as appropriate and arrange appropriate backup from the Emergency Medical Service (EMS).
- Interpret electrocardiograms.
- Preliminary to interpret radiographs to include CAT scans and provide direct medical care through radio communication with an ambulance.
