Front Desk / 4 days a week

Schedule :

Friday, Saturday, 7AM - 3PM

Sunday, Monday, 3PM - 11PM

Position Overview : We are seeking a professional and customer service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at a 44-story, 386-unit luxury condominium. As the first point of contact for residents and guests, you will provide exceptional service, maintain security, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resident & Guest Services : Greet and assist residents, visitors, and delivery personnel in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Access Control & Security : Monitor building entry, verify visitor credentials, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Package & Mail Management : Receive, log, and distribute packages and mail for residents.
  • Communication : Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from residents and guests while providing accurate information.
  • Amenity Reservations : Assist residents in booking building amenities and meeting spaces.
  • Maintenance Requests : Log and report maintenance issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Building Policies : Enforce community rules and guidelines while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
  • Administrative Support : Maintain records, update resident directories, and assist with other front desk duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience : Prior front desk, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Technology : Proficient in Microsoft Office, building management software, and security systems.
  • Professionalism : Strong customer service skills, a polished appearance, and a positive attitude.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to handle resident concerns and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Multitasking : Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • erience : Prior front desk, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Requirements :

  • HS Diploma is required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting (packages, mail, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a high-rise setting with frequent interaction with residents and guests
  • Proficient with Microsoft MS programs; Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong time management skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to lift to 30 lbs
  • Bilingual a plus
