Schedule :
Friday, Saturday, 7AM - 3PM
Sunday, Monday, 3PM - 11PM
Position Overview : We are seeking a professional and customer service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at a 44-story, 386-unit luxury condominium. As the first point of contact for residents and guests, you will provide exceptional service, maintain security, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Resident & Guest Services : Greet and assist residents, visitors, and delivery personnel in a courteous and professional manner.
- Access Control & Security : Monitor building entry, verify visitor credentials, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Package & Mail Management : Receive, log, and distribute packages and mail for residents.
- Communication : Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from residents and guests while providing accurate information.
- Amenity Reservations : Assist residents in booking building amenities and meeting spaces.
- Maintenance Requests : Log and report maintenance issues to the appropriate team members.
- Building Policies : Enforce community rules and guidelines while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
- Administrative Support : Maintain records, update resident directories, and assist with other front desk duties as needed.
