Position Overview: The Resident Services Coordinator at NST enhances the resident experience by addressing concerns, coordinating community services, and supporting seamless operations across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills and effective use of the Building Link system to track and manage resident interactions.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Resident Communication: Serve as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, with effective tracking and follow-up in Building Link.
- Community Events and Activities: Plan and oversee resident events to foster community engagement, working closely with other departments to coordinate logistics.
- New Resident Onboarding: Manage a smooth onboarding process for new residents, including walkthroughs, amenity orientation, and setup of Building Link profiles.
- Resident Services Coordination: Utilize Building Link to coordinate essential services such as package delivery, visitor management, and resident requests.
- Issue Resolution: Document and address resident issues and conflicts in Building Link to ensure consistent follow-up and resolution, fostering a positive and cohesive community atmosphere.
- Policy and Lease Communication: Keep residents informed of policies, lease guidelines, and updates, using Building Link to communicate and track compliance.
- Resident Record Management: Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, requests, and feedback within Building Link to support efficient service and inter-departmental collaboration.
- Support for All Departments: Provide cross-departmental support by coordinating with maintenance, security, and administration teams, ensuring that resident services align with NST’s standards.
- Assist with Emergency Situations: Support residents during emergencies by coordinating with relevant departments and utilizing Building Link for communication and tracking.
