Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Efficient Processing: Handle various transactions including co-op/condo sale, sublease, sublease renewals, refinance, and title transfer applications with precision and attention to detail.
• Legal Document Review: Familiarity with reviewing estate, trust, and foreclosure documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Applicant Coordination: Coordinate and schedule applicant interviews with the Board, facilitating a smooth process for all parties involved.
• Board Packager Knowledge: Understanding of Board Packager preferred, aiding in the efficient compilation and submission of required documentation.
• Document Management: Complete questionnaires and fulfill requests for building documents in a timely manner, maintaining organized records.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS-Word and Excel, essential for effective documentation and data management.
• Experience Preferred: 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in the field. Individuals with leasing experience or experience processing insurance and mortgage applications are also encouraged to apply.
• Closing Preparation: Prepare closing documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is in order.
• Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are a must, enabling effective interaction with the Board, brokers, attorneys, and lenders.
• Deadline Management: Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
A notary license is highly preferred, but if you do not possess this credential, AKAM will cover the costs associated with obtaining one.
