Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Handling of all post-closing files for all sales and leases – complete closing/lease statements and prepare unit adjustments for submission to the accounting department.
- Facilitate the return and monitoring of move-in/out deposits to shareholders and tenants
- Assist with Bank Questionnaires and Attorney due diligence questionnaires
- Preparation of miscellaneous closing documents including but not limited to: Stock Certificates, Proprietary Leases, Common Charge Letters, etc.
- General Office Administrative work in support of the Closing/Transfer Department
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma required
- AA/BA degree preferred
- 1 year of administrative experience in the Real Estate industry preferred but not required
- Must be able to multitask and handle high volume of applications
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Work and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
