RN Supervisor - 32hrs Nights and EOW
Location: Salem, MA 01970
Shift: 7pm-7:30am, EOW , 32 hrs. Night
Pay rate: $90/hr. on w2 with benefits
Duration: 13 weeks

MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE STRIPS AND PERFORM CARDIAC DRIPS
Shift: 32hrs Nights & EOW (2x12hrs and 1x 8hr).
- This position is responsible for the daily operations of the Patient Care Services departments, working collaboratively with the Admitting Office and overall hospital functions on off-shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Interacts with nursing/patient Care Services staff and staff of other departments to facilitate patient care. Provides administrative and clinical support to the nursing staff primarily on off-shifts, weekends, and holidays in the absence of the Clinical Nursing Leadership.
Skills Required: Must be able to read Tele Strips, perform Cardiac Drips, titrate meds. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of people.
EMR (Charting system): EPIC.
Demonstrated leadership abilities; able to work under stressful situations; able to effectively work in a changing environment. Advanced clinical skills and demonstrates strong decision-making abilities.
Experience Required: 3 years advanced Med/Surg Tele experience.
Preferred: Critical care nursing experience. 3 years relevant healthcare experience required, including progressive leadership responsibilities.
Education Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
Licensure Required: Current Massachusetts RN license (in good standing).
Certifications Required: Current BLS.
