Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare high-quality sushi and other Japanese dishes
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Help train and support kitchen team members
- Keep track of recipes, ingredients, and prep processes
- Contribute ideas for menu improvement and seasonal dishes
