Responsibilities:
- Oversee camp programs and activities to ensure a fun and engaging experience for campers.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the camp, including scheduling, staffing, and logistics
- Provide leadership and guidance to camp staff, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to address any concerns or questions regarding the camp program.
- Maintain accurate records of camper attendance, behavior, and program evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Manage the camp budget and resources effectively.
Coaching Coaches
Skills:
- Education administration: Experience in managing educational programs or institutions, including curriculum development, staff supervision, and student support.
- Experience working with children: Previous experience working with children or young adults in an educational or recreational setting.
- Educate: Ability to effectively communicate information and concepts to a diverse audience using various coaching and instructional techniques.
-Adaptability: Ability to handle and adapt to the fast paced environment of an all day sports camp.
*Preferred: Background in either education or coaching.
