Key Responsibilities
· Develop and Implement Strategic Digital Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business objectives, targeting key audiences across relevant channels.
· Campaign Management: Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive strong returns on investment, ensuring effective tracking for goals such as form submissions, brochure downloads and appointments.
· Campaign Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate detailed reports outlining campaign performance by channel, ad group, audience, and source with time-frame comparisons. Analyze ROI for each campaign, recommend budget adjustments, and provide actionable insights.
· Website Content Management: Regularly update and refresh webpages, blogs, landing pages and other resources to keep content engaging and relevant.
· Website Analytics and Reporting: Monitor user behavior to assess the effectiveness of the website’s optimization efforts. Conduct A/B testing on website elements, help define key events to measure conversions. Identify any pain points in the user journey and establish a routine for analyzing and reporting performance metrics.
· SEO and SEM: Improve online visibility and drive organic traffic through targeted keywords and both on-page and off-page optimization, while collaborating with paid search efforts.
· Landing Page Optimization: Develop strategies for landing pages that provide a seamless user experience for visitors arriving from ads, including A/B testing to maximize conversions.
· Digital and Traditional Media Buying: Develop an integrated approach that combines digital and traditional media for upcoming projects, focusing on cross-promoting with unified messaging to enhance brand identity and campaign effectiveness.
· Data Trend Analysis: Analyze the overall performance of marketing efforts to measure success and refine strategies for better results, maintaining a holistic view of online lead gen, walk-in traffic, display, search, social media and more.
· Ongoing improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive strategies to remain innovative. Test new platforms and approaches to enhance reach and effectiveness.
· Team collaboration: Work closely with sales, graphics and social team to align goals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Required Qualifications:
· Proven experience in creating, launching, and managing omni-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and growth.
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, content creation and campaign analysis.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, and CMS systems).
