Job Responsibilities:
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining effective marketing strategies for vacant apartment units.
- Coordinating showings from all marketing sources.
- Effectively leasing vacant apartments to reduce vacancy.
- Assembling full application packages, preparing leases, and managing the move-in process.
- Maintaining knowledge of competitor pricing, product, and incentives.
Requirements:
- High School or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- One plus years' experience in residential leasing and/or sales.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required depending on assigned portfolio.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Possess a high level of attention to detail.
