The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring maximum occupancy and retention of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain effective marketing strategies for vacant apartment units based on portfolio performance.
Coordinate showings from all marketing sources and effectively lease vacant apartments to reduce vacancy via individual showings.
- Assemble full application packages, prepare leases, and facilitate the move-in process.
- Enter prospect data into management systems and maintain knowledge of competitor pricing, product, and incentives.
- Proactively identify market changes and communicate with clients, presenting strong closing presentations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teammates and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- High School or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- At least one year of experience in residential leasing and/or sales.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (dependent on assigned portfolio).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and possessing a high level of attention to detail.
- Creative deal closer with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Prioritize tasks, multi-task, and maintain organization and administrative skills.
