Akerman is seeking a full-time Office Services Clerk for its Houston office. Duties of this position include:
- mail processing
- sorting and delivery of mail
- conference room set up/clean up
- inner-office moves
- copy jobs/document productions
- reception desk coverage
- special projects as assigned
The successful candidate should be highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency and be well organized in a fast-paced environment. The Office Services Clerk work schedule will be 40 hours Monday through Friday with occasional overtime hours. Hours for this position will be 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We require a minimum of one (1) year experience in a general office or customer service oriented role. Qualified candidates must have working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and be able to comfortably lift twenty-five (25) to thirty (35) lbs. The ability to develop rapport with employees while exhibiting excellent customer service is important.
